WARRANTIES
All products are quality items and carry the manufacturer`s warranty.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you order an incorrect item, you may exchange it.
So long as it is not used or damaged and is in its original shipping package.
There is a restocking fee of 10 to 20% plus reshipping charges.
And must be returned within 30 days of receipt date.
BILLING
Your total bill will include shipping cost plus insurance/handling fee.
Sales tax is not charged to customers outside of the of the state of California.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
Orders may also be sent in with a Money order or Certified Check.
If you would like to send in a money order please fill out the request form
for the total of your order. You will be contacted as to the total due
and receive a conformation of availability.
Regular UPS Ground orders should be received in 10 to 15 days or sooner.
If an item is on backorder (not available) we will notify you.
